Crystal Cruises Selects SpecTec Americas as AMOS Administrator

SpecTec is now the official AMOS Administrator for Crystal Cruises. SpecTec will have a responsibility to maintain the AMOS software system as a mandatory service to Crystal Cruises as a client. Crystal will have a local (US West Coast) expert dedicated to their particular AMOS configuration, personnel, and business processes. SpecTec’s global network and in-depth software knowledge – at a local and worldwide level - played a role in the decision-making process. Crystal will be supported by a highly-skilled group within SpecTec Americas, followed by AMOS Product Development and a variety of international consulting teams.
Like every SpecTec client, Crystal Cruises will have a direct line to the AMOS Support Desk, but with SpecTec as administrator, this will also extend directly to a Crystal AMOS expert and a large supporting team.

SpecTec’s role as the AMOS Administrator will include:
- Annual training visits to all vessel and office sites.
- Annual AMOS System Upgrades in the Office and vessels.
- Upgrade of any existing custom reports when a system upgrade is performed.
- Running of quarterly custom reports for C-Level Management.
- 24-hour AMOS Support Desk logging and AMOS Support Desk response.

In addition to the day-to-day Admin, we will be conducting several large projects for Crystal this year.
- Installation of AMOS Replication and AMOS version 9.1.
- Office and Vessel Database Audit.
- Onboard Spare Part Inventories.
- Business Process Review and Workflow Configuration.
- AMOS User Training Sessions.
