SpecTec now has designated Support Centres in each world region, which together with the introduction of our new AMOS Support Desk System, provide an improved and more effective Support Service to AMOS Customers using our class-leading AMOS Products.

The AMOS Support Desk is a global system in which all support issues are logged, monitored and actions recorded. Advantage is taken of the automated notification facilities, which ensure that support cases are responded to appropriately.

The AMOS Support Desk also has an easy to use Web Site, which gives customers the ability to directly submit, view and track their own support issues and cases.
